Client: We look after our clients’ businesses as our own. We work with dedication, honesty and integrity to meet our clients’ needs and expectations.
Purpose: Our services, recommendations and solutions are result-oriented and are the outcome of the detailed methodology, work processes and scrutiny based on the firm’s internal quality control procedures.
Staff: We hire quality staff and train them to the utmost standard to maintain the quality
Resources: We equip our staff with top-notch tools, software and technologies to deliver services efficiently and meet expectations.
Innovation: We strive to improve ourselves continuously, re-launch and include new perspectives.
Competition Policy
We do not compete with anyone, neither firms nor freelancers, designated CPAs or non-regulated accountants, local or international providers.
We believe everyone is different and offers unique services, extent, quality, response, processes, methodology, flexibility, values, fee, credit, licenses and credentials.

Fee policy
We are neither cheap nor expensive. We charge the best possible price for the service. We understand that clients would like the best price; therefore, we continuously try to keep our fees reasonable and always support economies. To provide specific quality, we can neither cut corners nor have the lowest fee model in every aspect.
We have taken several measures, such as:
- We invest in technologies and tools to efficiently deliver the core services.
- We plan to reduce idle hours and wastages.
- We limit our spending to a bare minimum on administrative overheads.
- We do not involve ourselves in activities which turn our cost structure upside down.
- We do not work with clients who cause a burden on our administrative and support functions or give us trouble, credit or payment issues.
Despite our best efforts, there are still events resulting in rising costs, such as price increases from our vendors and service providers, wages, and inflation. Therefore we assess our fee annually and make changes accordingly to ensure we continue serving our clients and also meet our commitments.
We also believe in a standard fee policy. This helps us avoid wasting time in unnecessary negotiations with the clients and getting into a pricing war; thus, in the end, we only capitalize on the clients who understand our value proposition.
