Business Registration Pack

Sole proprietorship/ master business licenses/ partnership registration. It includes name searches, registration, obtaining a CRA business number, setting up a payroll account, HST/GST account, import and export account, and provincial sales tax registrations, etc.

Incorporation Pack

Company incorporation includes name searches, name reservations, pre-approval, federal or provincial company, extra-provincial or territorial registration, initial information return, obtaining a CRA business number, setting up a payroll account, HST/GST account, import & export account, and provincial sales tax registration. It covers basic and slightly complex articles and may include basic legal advice.

Applicable for named company, numbered company, name change, articles of amendment, Canadian corporation, subsidiary of a local or foreign corporation, branch of a foreign corporation, or any not-for-profit organization.
